Life is surprisingly challenging!
You don’t have to meet those challenges alone. Seeking help is a sign of strength, resilience, and resourcefulness. As an experienced therapist, I help people deal with a wide range of concerns, including: relationships, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, stress, chronic pain, and addiction. Healing, recovery, and joyful living are well within your reach if you’re ready to invest in your own well-being.
Together we can recognize and handle your concerns, whether they’re current or rooted in the past. My goal is to assist you in the process of facing life’s challenges and challenges within yourself. Talk therapy and group therapy are options we can explore. Other valuable tools are guided meditation, relaxation, and self-acceptance techniques. I’d like to encourage you to create a practice of mindfulness—a non-judging awareness in the present moment that wakes us up to what is. Mindfulness is a gentle way of learning more about who you really are…what you think…how you feel…and, finding spiritual connections. More than 35 years of research explores the resiliency of the mind and neuroplastiticy. The benefits of mindfulness include a decrease in stress reactions in both mind and body, improved clarity of thinking, and increased trust in inner wisdom.
We can work one-on-one or in a group, whichever feels right for your journey. When we investigate the flow of our lives and our relationship to ourselves, others, nature, and God (Higher Power, One), we become partners in our own healing. Your adventure may begin with a simple phone call or email. I’m eager to meet you!
My passion is helping individuals, families, and groups to heal in mind, body, and spirit. My office is a comfortable, welcoming environment where you can relax and begin your healing journey.

You will also learn how to confront challenging situations while developing bonds with other group members.
Mindfulness Groups: these groups are time limited, running 6 – 8 weeks, and are open to both men and women. I’ll teach you the basics of mindfulness meditation using both educational information and experiential learning methods. Each participant will be asked to make a commitment to themselves during the week between sessions to practice the mindfulness techniques, which are both formal and informal.
